Ace Money Transfer

Money I send to India on 30th November has not yet been credited to that account. Every month through this app only, I'm sending money, but I have never faced any issue like this.

It's the first time. Yesterday, I contacted customer service, and they said it will be sorted out soon, but how long?

It's the 3rd day. Please sort this out soon, or else refund my cash.

My reason i send money to my brother paebrima Sallah but the account number is not correct and i want you peoples help me correct account number

MAKE IT CORRECT OR REPLACE IT WITH SOME OTHER HELPFUL SERVICE PLEASE

I request for cancel transection because money is hold. But still not yed refound its already five days

i put the wrong account number when i send a money to bank account so can you refund a amount quick because i have a very important emergency please can you do for me immediately please give me some information about that than i will be very thankful with the ace moneytransfer i am active client.

when i try to login my account password they show error and write something wrong and try again but if i request to reset password via email they not send

Dear Sir , since before, I used my UniCredit account. The card of that account was stoped by bank.

because it was visa type. after then I tryed to transaction by another account of my. I had to delete my account when try to that transaction. after, eveything was unsuccessful .

Now I need reactive my account. Afer, The verification link had given me by ACE service. when this time I had opened all permission in my phone. Also I tried to verify my documents I don't had any option for verify my account.

I made two transactions one on the 29th of July and the other one on the 31st of July and they called that they've not receive the money so I decided to make a cancellation and they only cancelled the one which I made on the 31st of July and didn't cancel the one I made on the 29th of July and they said my money will be refund in 3 to 5 days.

The money I sent on the 29th was 75 and the other one is 20 so they only cancelled the one which is small.

Please since yesterday 9pm Australia time I remitted money AUD$420 to my brother Inlaw I was I was told my sister has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition which they need the money to commence treatment. Trust me till now the money hasnt been paid no communication or whatever for me to know what to do
