Very good customer service
Money I send to India on 30th November has not yet been credited to that account. Every month through this app only, I'm sending money, but I have never faced any issue like this.
It's the first time. Yesterday, I contacted customer service, and they said it will be sorted out soon, but how long?
It's the 3rd day. Please sort this out soon, or else refund my cash.

AT THE END SHE SAYS GO TO OUR LIVE CHAT ADVISOR. CALLVIS AUTOMATICALLY CLOSED.

Dear Sir , since before, I used my UniCredit account. The card of that account was stoped by bank.
because it was visa type. after then I tryed to transaction by another account of my. I had to delete my account when try to that transaction. after, eveything was unsuccessful .
Now I need reactive my account. Afer, The verification link had given me by ACE service. when this time I had opened all permission in my phone. Also I tried to verify my documents I don't had any option for verify my account.

Verified ReviewerI made a transaction for five days now but still not successful.
I made two transactions one on the 29th of July and the other one on the 31st of July and they called that they've not receive the money so I decided to make a cancellation and they only cancelled the one which I made on the 31st of July and didn't cancel the one I made on the 29th of July and they said my money will be refund in 3 to 5 days.
The money I sent on the 29th was 75 and the other one is 20 so they only cancelled the one which is small.
